Commitment to Clean
As we welcome you back to our hotels, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that is a preventive measure against the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus in our hotel. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.
InSurface Areas and Public Spaces
In public spaces, the hotel has added to its already deep cleaning, requiring that surfaces are treated with liquid hygiene disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency. In guest rooms, every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We have added to its detailed cleaning practices, sprayed disinfectant, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with liquid hygiene disinfectants. These new enhanced cleaning technologies including sprayers machines to sanitize surfaces are using against viruses in the air and on surfaces.
When guests check into our hotel, they will notice to strict hygiene standards prevent a higher standard of cleanliness for the hotels. We have checked the temperature of the guests and staff and provide a sanitation gate and hand sanitizer in all areas, face masks required for guests and staff in public areas to promote the health and safety of our communities. To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, we will be using signage in its lobbies to remind guests to maintain social distancing and will remove or re-arrange the furniture to allow more space for distancing. We have added partitions at front desks to provide an extra level of precaution for its guests as well as provided more hand sanitizing liquid stations in all public areas.
Our cook staff is trained in safe food preparation and service practices. We have added partitions and designing new approaches to buffets by staff serving. Food serving with food covers all the time. We have checked the temperature of the guests and provided hand sanitizing liquid stations also face masks required for guests.
Social Distancing and Contactless
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our pool area in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and restaurant and social distancing required for food and beverage service lines. Hand sanitizer stations are available in a public area.
Meeting and Events
For the Health and Safety of our Associates & Customers, the following precautions during the event:
Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. Restrooms).
-Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces, and face coverings available on request for all guests.
-Enhanced Cleaning disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout the day of high-touch areas.
-Staggered arrivals, departures, and breaks. Queuing may be required.
-Our Supervisor event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of functions and procedures specific to the event to meet the health and safety requirements.
